All of our rentals are month-to-month. Customer must provide a government-issued ID when checking in for the first time. Customer renting a parking space must also provide a proof of ownership for the vehicle. The customer can vacate the unit and close the account at any time. The rent is collected one month in advance and it is prorated from the actual date the rental begins.
The security deposit is refundable upon vacating the unit. The customer must be current on rent and the lock with keys plus gate card must have been received by our office staff prior release of the security deposit.
VACATING THE UNIT
To close an account the customer must vacate the unit, return lock, keys, access card to the office, and sign the vacate receipt. The security deposit and refund for any days of rent remaining on the account will be given to the customer along with the vacate receipt.
Our property has video surveillance and on site staff 24/7. The property is gated and fully fenced around the perimeter. Access to the property is restricted. Only customers who possess an access card can enter the property. Unit owners can add authorized users to their account; such users can enter the property upon verification of identity.
